As a Territory Sales Representative based out of our Fort Madison, IA office, you will:

• Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners (no cold calling, no prospecting)
• Travel throughout Fort Madison and the surrounding communities to provide in‑home consultations
• Use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation, basement, and structural needs
• Lead confident, high‑trust conversations that guide homeowners to solutions
• Deliver exceptional service by doing what’s right for every homeowner

• Fort Madison‑based role serving a growing regional territory
• Uncapped earning potential – top reps earn $200K–$260K+
• Pre‑set, high‑quality appointments – focus on closing, not lead generation
