The Role:Territory Sales Representative (In-Home Sales)
As a Territory Sales Representative based out of our Fort Madison, IA office, you will:
- Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners (no cold calling, no prospecting)
- Travel throughout Fort Madison and the surrounding communities to provide in‑home consultations
- Use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation, basement, and structural needs
- Lead confident, high‑trust conversations that guide homeowners to solutions
- Deliver exceptional service by doing what’s right for every homeowner
- Fort Madison‑based role serving a growing regional territory
- Uncapped earning potential – top reps earn $200K–$260K+
- Pre‑set, high‑quality appointments – focus on closing, not lead generation
- Clear path for advancement – leadership development and internal promotions
