• Provide hands‑on Tax and consulting services to high‑net‑worth clients, families, and privately held entities, including C‑Corps, S‑Corps, partnerships, and trusts.
• Lead multiple Private Client engagements and review estate, gift, and fiduciary Tax filings (Forms 706, 709, 1041).
• Coach your team of CPAs and Tax professionals, acting as a trusted advisor and Private Client role model.
• Deliver tailored Tax strategies and planning solutions to every unique Private Client profile.
• Ensure accurate and timely Tax filing while representing clients for federal and state Tax and audit issues.

• CPA with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Tax.
• 6+ years' Tax experience in public accounting, focused on Private Client and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Demonstrated Private Client, CPA, and Tax technical expertise.
• Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple Private Client engagements.
