Senior Staff Accountant - Hybrid - Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Staff Accountant at a healthcare organization in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of daily accounting, reconciliation and month-end reporting experience including multiple entities. This is a temporary role (est. 4+ months) with an opportunity for extension and/or permanent hire. Three days on-site per week. Hourly pay rate:
Between $37.00 and $41.00 (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. Starts March 4, 2026.

• Balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis
• Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile Bank Statements
• Perform Journal Entries and Adjustments
• Reconcile General Ledger Accounts
• Assist in month-end close responsibilities for 15 locations
• Provide financial reporting (quarterly and year-end)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of daily accounting, reconciliation and month-end reporting experience including multiple entities
• High proficiency with Excel
• Ability to manage multiple items at once
• Strong system skills and reconciliation skills
• Experience with Net Suite is highly preferred though not required
