Exciting, growth-mode company, located in North Andover, is looking for a Junior Staff Accountant to join their team, work closely with the Controller & Finance Managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college grad, with strong internships, or someone with 6 months - 2 years of accounts payable, general ledger, or accounts receivable experience, who is looking for more mentorship, support & growth in their career.
This is a dynamic role, handling a variety of responsibilities including AP, AR, treasury, GL accounting, financial reporting & analysis. Joining a passionate and collaborative team, the Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller, and will take on more diverse projects as they grow in their career.

Requirements:
- BS, Accounting, Finance or related
- 0-2 years of accounting experience, or internships, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related
- strong Excel skills & ability to pick up new systems quickly
- high-attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
- team player, great attitude, passionate about a growth-mode company is a plus
- eager to grow long-term with the organization
