AR, Billing Specialist

We've partnered with a top property management company in their search for an experienced AR, Billing Specialist to perform a wide range of invoicing and receivables activities. This a full time, direct hire position managing the end-to-end billing cycle, ensures accurate GL postings, and supports operational cost-recovery processes across a diverse portfolio.

Duties:

• Generate and issue recurring monthly statements and variable operational billback invoices across the assigned portfolio.
• Post one-time fees, non-recurring charges, & incoming payment receipts accurately.
• Review leases to verify charge setups, payment schedules.
• Execute annual CAM reconciliations, calculate net adjustments, tax allocations, and updated monthly estimate schedules.
• Process refunds and final statements after auditing files and reconciliations.
• Maintain Line of Credit records, track expirations and verifying financial compliance.
• Process, code, and post project invoicing and disbursement requests
• Calculate and invoice Tenant Improvement charges in accordance with specific lease and project agreements.
• Track payments, issue disbursements, and maintain accurate cost allocations per project.
• Coordinate tenant move-in/out accounting records
• Provide cross-functional coverage for peer accounting functions and maintain operational workflow continuity

The ideal profile is a diligent, detail oriented finance professional with 4+ years of relevant AR & Billing experience in similar industry with Excel and RE ERPs (MRI, SAGE, Yardi, Procure, etc). This is an excellent long term home offering stability and team focused environment.
