Property Accounting Manager Burlington, Ma.
- Hybrid $130-150K + Bonus
- Serve as the primary accounting liaison with third-party property management companies, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and adherence to ownership reporting requirements.
- Coordinate annual audits and partnership tax compliance with external public accounting firms.
- Manage the accounting operations for a portfolio of retail shopping centers
- Manage small team of real estate accountants
- Oversee tenant billings, percentage rent calculations, CAM reconciliations, real estate tax recoveries, and operating expense reconciliations.
- Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Manage the year-end audit process
- Bachelors in accounting
- 5-10 years of accounting experience including at least 3 in real estate
- Managerial experience
