Salary: $65,000–$75,000
Location: Burlington, MA | Onsite

- Opportunity to expand beyond AP through cross-training in AR and other accounting functions
- Small accounting team offering strong visibility and hands-on experience
- Own inventory-heavy Accounts Payable processing
- Process invoices, perform three-way matching, and ensure payment accuracy
- Research discrepancies, prevent duplicate payments, and communicate with vendors
- Maintain vendor documentation including W-9s
- Support general accounting and cross-train across additional functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- P21 / Prophet 21 experience strongly preferred
- Distribution and inventory accounting experience
- Strong Accounts Payable background
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
