Accounting/Tenant Billing
Location:
Burlington, MA 01803
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
CFS is recruiting for an Accounting/Tenant Billing opportunity with a well-established real estate organization located in Burlington, MA.

Accounting/Tenant Billing Responsibilities- Prepare and process tenant billings, rent charges, and related adjustments
- Review lease information and ensure billing accuracy
- Reconcile tenant accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with accounts receivable activities and collections follow-up
- Generate reports and support month-end close processes
- Maintain accurate records within Yardi
- Partner with property management teams on tenant-related accounting matters
Successful Accounting/Tenant Billing candidates will have:
- Prior real estate accounting and/or property management accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Yardi
- Experience with tenant billing, lease administration, or accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel and general accounting systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000
