Overview
COMSOL is seeking a Licensing Assistant to join its team in Burlington, MA. As part of our team, you will be a member of the Licensing group within the Sales Department, while working closely with our Sales Representatives to assist and maintain everyday operations of the local office. This is an in-office position.
Primary Responsibilities- Become competent in daily order processing tasks and procedures
- Work with our internal database to enter and categorize orders and sales data
- Assist with reviewing and producing various licensing and sales documents
- Facilitate group recordkeeping and record retention
- Communicate with the COMSOL Sales team, users of the software, and purchasing departments regarding orders and outstanding requests
- Back up Licensing & Contracts Associates and other team members
- Fulfill various other tasks provided by other team members as needed
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a client engaging or customer service facing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of how to communicate with clients and colleagues
- Comfortability with speaking to clients on the phone and via written communication
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment, both independently and as a member of a team
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask
