What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Order and manage breakfast/lunches for meetings and ensure kitchen areas are stocked
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring shared spaces are tidy and presentable
  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal events and new hire onboarding
  • Manage payroll approval, check distribution, and corporate purchasing cards
  • Report maintenance issues and manage parking in the office garage
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service, listening, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in building management and fleet management
  • Familiarity with training coordination for internal and external stakeholders
  • Background in event planning and execution
