Are you a polished administrative professional who enjoys supporting a fast‑paced sales team? We’re looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level support to a busy sales office. Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support to a team of Sales Representatives
  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to sales team emails professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare customer quotes and process sales orders

    Obtain pricing information from vendors
  • Assist Sales Leadership with reports, projects, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experienced candidates without a degree will be considered
  • Stable work history with demonstrated longevity (2+ years at recent employers preferred)
