Sr. Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Acts as the key liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communications regarding financial performance, strategy, and corporate initiatives. Oversees all corporate communications efforts, including internal communications, media relations, and public relations strategies.

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies to communicate financial performance, pipeline developments, and company milestones to existing and potential investors.
• Foster and maintain relationships with analysts, investors, and media representatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align corporate messaging and investor communication strategies.
• Oversee corporate communications initiatives, including press releases, internal communications, and crisis communication management.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, investor feedback, and competitor activities to inform corporate strategies.
• Manage communication channels for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand voice.

• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Finance, Public Relations, or a related discipline; a background in life sciences or pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred.
• An MBA or Ph.D. is a plus, providing additional strategic insight and business acumen.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, particularly to support effective communication with international teams and investors.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory processes.

Salary Range: $137,700 - $178,500 (based on greater Boston, MA location). Actual salary will be based on multiple factors including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
