As our Project Coordinator and Operations & Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting a major financial services client by keeping our operational processes organized, accurate, and moving forward.

You'll work closely with teams across delivery, finance, and HR, becoming the go to person for tracking updates, maintaining reports, and ensuring everything stays aligned. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong operational, reporting, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

This position is located in our Burlington, MA office.

** Your future duties and responsibilities:*

Keep day to day operations on track and organized

Maintain Excel trackers for resources, financials, invoicing, and project delivery

.
Build and update reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership

.
Support invoice tracking and validation with finance partners

.
Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all systems

.
Follow up with internal teams to gather information and keep workflows moving

.
Help with onboarding/offboarding tasks and maintain documentation

.
Look for ways to improve how we track, report, and operate

Strong Excel skills - you're comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and working with large datasets

Qualifications:

1-3 years in operations, reporting, administration, or similar roles

Hands on experience with Excel based reporting

.
Exposure to invoicing, financial tracking, or account operations

.
Experience working with teams like delivery, finance, or HR

.
Background in a corporate or enterprise environment

.
Familiarity with financial services (a plus, not required)

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $42,600.00 $.
