Who We Are Looking For
The role of Client Enablement – Functional Specialist (Front Office) is a hands‑on product management position at Charles River Development. The Client Enablement team focuses on increasing adoption of Charles River’s multi‑asset solution set, and this role ensures front‑office users maximize the platform based on best practices and industry standards.
The candidate will provide business acumen and guidance to engage with client personas – portfolio managers, traders, compliance officers, and technology staff – to improve usage of the Charles River Investment Management solution. Responsibilities include interacting with internal client management representatives, client stakeholders, and experts within CRD’s product management, professional services and technical support teams.
Scope of work involves solutioning for increased usage of specific Charles River modules, evaluating client requirements, reviewing existing product capabilities, and developing an engagement and delivery strategy. The role also serves as an internal advocate with respect to sales engagements, implementation solutioning and broader business development efforts.

Burlington, Massachusetts, USA.
- Understanding the use cases and patterns of front‑office personnel and investment management professionals.
- Documenting & capturing key requirements, identifying usage gaps and developing a plan for increased adoption and user satisfaction.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a client heatmap to identify focus areas.
- Providing business leadership, design and solution‑building feedback where gaps or issues exist.
- Contributing to the near and long‑term product roadmap for enhancement projects.
- Building relationships as a client touch‑point for feedback gathering and solution evaluation.
- Co‑ordinating engagement across Client Management, Sales, Professional Services, Support and internal stakeholders to increase client satisfaction and product adoption.
- Experience in product management and business analysis for the investment‑management industry and technology solutions servicing that market.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, product management, business administration, finance or equivalent, or equivalent experience in a technical setting.
- Experience in financial services is required.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong contributor with high motivation, initiative, ability to set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance.
$110,000 – $207,500 Annual
