Help translate broader product direction into clearly prioritized work, balancing customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, security, and operational excellence.

• Own day-to-day product execution for assigned initiatives across the B2B domain, from requirement definition and backlog readiness through launch, iteration, and optimization. Ensure work is clearly defined and delivered with quality and speed, particularly for capabilities involving external data access, partner integrations, and scalable platform services.

Represent customer and business workflows in product decisions, with a strong product mindset and attention to practical execution.

• Help define and track product and delivery metrics for the capabilities owned, working with data and analytics partners where needed. Use available dashboards, customer feedback, internal insights, and delivery signals to evaluate success, identify issues, and improve outcomes.

• Build basic dashboards and leverage already built dashboards to measure business success. Partner with the data science and analytics team to spec out more complex data needs.

• Understand personas and customer segments across the product area and help translate those insights into product requirements and delivery priorities.

• Create business plans and product briefs that outline the how, what, when, and why, with a clear connection to customer and business value.

• Support product design and discovery in partnership with engineering and CX, leveraging data, qualitative research, and market behaviors to deliver customer and business value.

• Manage sprint backlog for the team and partner with IT, Commercial, Engineering, UX, and data teams to support a product roadmap that balances business initiatives, quality-of-life enhancements, and technical optimization.
