Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and launch the 908 Devices Salesforce Experience Cloud partner portal.
- Design and maintain portal pages, layouts, navigation, and branding using Experience Builder.
- Configure and manage partner user profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Build and maintain Flows, approval processes, and automation to streamline partner workflows within the portal.
- Work with internal stakeholders to publish portal content including resources and sales enablement materials.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Proven experience designing, building, or managing a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal (partner portal, customer community, or similar).
- Strong command of Experience Builder, user management, sharing and visibility settings, and Salesforce Flow.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with external partners and internal executives alike.
