Winter 2027 Co-op - Digital Marketing & CRM
As a Winter 2027 Digital Marketing & CRM Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will join the consumer relationship management team for a Co‑op that gives hands‑on experience with a best‑in‑class CRM system. Apprentice under the Manager of CRM sending campaigns that drive results and build relationships.
This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
Shift/Schedule- The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th – June 4th, 2027
- Location:
Burlington, MA - Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- Hybrid
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing the promotional CRM calendar, including building, testing, and scheduling promotional emails.
- Briefing the creative team on requirements for digital asset creation.
- Conducting A/B testing for promotional emails, including subject line and preheader variations.
- Assisting with reporting on multi‑channel campaign performance.
- Supporting CRM strategy development through miscellaneous analytical projects.
- Managing ad hoc campaigns as needed.
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
- Receive mentor support for your professional development
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department,and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
- $28/hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment
- Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or another related field
- Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross‑functionally, be independently driven, and a self‑starter
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Data Analytics
- Experience with CRM systems like Klaviyo is highly desired, as well as familiarity with HTML
