Leading General Contractor in MA is looking for a Civil Superintendent! TOP salary and bonus packages provided!
Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year

- You have 5+ years of experience supervising any of the following heavy civil work: sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, full‑scope concrete, earth moving, or utility projects – including manpower and team leadership.
- Your project leadership experience includes creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not only limited to following prescribed schedules as a subcontractor.
- You get fired up for new challenges. Maintaining the status quo when there's an opportunity for improvement goes against your nature. You don't need everything spelled out for you, because you enjoy writing the book yourself.
