Leading general contractor in Massachusetts seeks a Civil Superintendent to manage multiple heavy‑civil construction projects across northern MA. The role involves project leadership, timeline creation, team management, and driving operational efficiency.
Qualifications- 5+ years of supervising heavy civil work: sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, full‑scope concrete, earth moving, or utility projects, including manpower and team leadership.
- Experience creating project timelines as a prime contractor and managing schedules as a subcontractor.
- Proactive, seeks improvement opportunities, and works independently.
- Strong critical thinking skills to develop well‑planned, highly productive, and efficient project operations.
