I'm partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor in the Greater Boston area that is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to its growing team. • Assist Project Managers with the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Track project budgets, procurement, and schedules.
• Work closely with field teams, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or as a Project Engineer.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project documentation and construction administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

• Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000
