Location:
Northern Massachusetts. This full‑time role requires 5+ years supervising heavy‑civil work such as sitework, asphalt, paving, road building, demolition, full‑scope concrete, earth moving, or utility projects. Candidates should have proven project leadership, creating timelines as a prime contractor and managing manpower and teams.
- 5+ years of experience supervising heavy‑civil projects, including manpower and team leadership.
- Experience creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not limited to subcontractor schedules.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to write the book yourself.
- Ability to think critically, develop well‑planned, productive, and efficient project operations.
