We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team in Burlington, Massachusetts in a Contract position with the potential to become permanent. Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries with accuracy and a service-focused attitude.
• Support inside customer service activities by assisting clients with product questions, order details, and general account needs.
• Enter and update customer orders in internal systems while maintaining careful attention to accuracy.
• Handle a steady volume of inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed to provide updates, confirm information, or resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure customer requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, order activity, and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to a positive office environment through dependable attendance, teamwork, and courteous communication.
