Inpatient Hospitalist Physician

Overview

We have an opportunity for full time Inpatient Hospitalist Physician in Hyannis, MA. The Hospitalist will provide exceptional medical care in a Long-Term Care Facility and Skilled Nursing Facility. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Compensation: $200,000 to $500,000, Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.

Schedule: No weekends and no calls.

Additional details: Competitive compensation package with opportunities for financial growth based on patient volume and performance. Full-time physicians currently earning between $300,000 - $500,000 per year, with potential to earn well over $500,000 based on productivity and patient load. • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or a relevant specialty.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) where services will be rendered.
• Experience in hospital medicine, long-term care, or geriatric medicine is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical acumen, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to manage complex medical conditions effectively.
• Empathy, compassion, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations and sites as needed.
• Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules based on facility needs and personal preferences.
