MEP Coordinator

• Coordinate the planning and installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and fire sprinkler scopes on construction projects
• Provide construction support for MEP systems, overseeing balancing, commissioning, and validation certification
• Develop full commissioning plans for all MEP systems, outlining test requirements and documentation needs
• Manage the owner-architect interface and facilitate complex meetings to ensure project deliverables
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve engineering and construction issues

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP coordinator in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to manage complex issues
• Good understanding of fire/life safety systems and direct digital controls installations

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience with in DPR Construction's core markets
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to foster team morale
