Electrical Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to serve as a key technical leader, driving innovation and ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability across the full product lifecycle.

• Lead the design and development of complex electro‑mechanical systems and electrical architectures
• Perform system‑level modeling, simulation, and analysis to validate electrical and electro‑mechanical designs
• Oversee hands‑on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and integrated components
• Drive packaging and integration efforts to ensure performance, durability, and manufacturability
• Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Analyze test data and drive design improvements and optimization efforts
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and systems engineering teams
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers
• Support transition from development to production, including documentation and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in electrical or electro‑mechanical systems engineering
• Strong experience with system design, modeling, and testing methodologies
• Experience with electrical simulation and design tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, or similar)
• Hands‑on experience with lab equipment and system validation
• Proven experience with Failure Analysis methodologies

The compensation for this role is evaluated based on experience, expertise, licensing, location, and other business factors. Salary range is disclosed in this posting.
