Application Engineer

About the Role

We’re seeking an Application Engineer who thrives on solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and transforming customer requirements into accurate, manufacturable solutions. If you enjoy a mix of design, hands‑on engineering, and customer interaction, this role will keep you energized.

• Interpret customer drawings and P&IDs
• Develop Solid Works layouts, 2D drawings, and BOMs
• Support large assembly projects from quote through completion
• Perform final inspections on assemblies
• Communicate fabrication details to production teams
• Coordinate with vendors for non‑standard components
• Participate in customer tours and progress reviews

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and Solid Works proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and self‑driven
