This role involves designing scalable assembly systems for high-volume thermal systems, developing automated testing systems, and managing vendor selection. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in manufacturing and thermal-fluid systems.
The successful candidate will lead manufacturing scale-up projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the highest standards of manufacturing quality. The compensation range for this role is $105,000 – $160,000 with a competitive bonus plan and benefits package.
