Field Design & Service Center Team Opportunity

Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest specialty retail of diamond jewelry, is seeking entry-level and experienced jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Candidates may start as Apprentice Jewelers handling administrative/clerical tasks and polishing jewelry, while progressing to Bench Jeweler roles. This position offers growth from beginner to artisan in a promote-from-within environment.

• Chain and clasp repair
• Re-tipping prongs
• Setting stones
• Creating stone mountings
• Performing channel and platinum rebuilds
• Performing minor ring repair and other jewelry repair tasks
• Wax carving
• Fabrication
• Casting
• Custom design and creation of pieces
• CAD/CAM design work
• General administrative tasks (e.g., inventory, scheduling)
• Customer service and quality oversight

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• 1-3 years Bench Jeweler experience or related skilled trade experience working with fine metals
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation
• Customer-service mindset with a high standard for quality work
• Basic computer skills
• Availability for varying hours, including nights and weekends
• Full-time (40-hour week) with seasonal overtime required

• Base pay: $17.00 – $29.80 per hour, final rate based on experience and qualifications
• Jeweler Certification classes to develop and enhance bench skills
