Event Coordinator, Entertainment & Gaming

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of events, including planning, vendor coordination, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up. You’ll work closely with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure every detail is handled and every event runs smoothly.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and special occasions
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event goals
• Create timelines, floor plans, and checklists to ensure organized execution
• Coordinate with vendors, including catering, entertainment, rentals, and décor
• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are handled
• Manage event staff and assign roles and responsibilities as needed
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective event planning
• Handle unexpected changes or issues on the day of the event with professionalism and calm

• Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related field
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and client service abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in event planning tools or software is a plus
