The Washington Trust Company is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to join our dynamic lending team in Burlington, MA. If you’re an independent, energetic, and sales-driven professional with a passion for helping clients achieve home ownership, we want to hear from you!

- Deliver exceptional service throughout the mortgage process

- Proven outside sales mortgage origination experience with a track record of developing networks and achieving results
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending practices, and guidelines
- Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
- Established referral network
- NMLS registration required
- Multilingual a plus
- Excellent marketing skills a plus
- Commission-based with Biweekly commission payments
