Interim SVP of Finance – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus

We are seeking an experienced leader for an interim SVP of Finance role at a Northeastern region healthcare organization. Start date is ASAP. Salary range: $300,000 – $320,000 annually.

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations.
• Report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and drive ongoing initiatives such as revenue‑cycle assessment, budgeting, and financial pacing.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and strengthen cross‑functional partnerships.
• Demonstrate resilience and a growth‑oriented mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FP&A and/or HMFA certifications required.
• Availability to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Compensation range: $300,000 to $320,000 annually.
• Final rate based on experience, education, training, location, and internal equity.
