Join our client’s high-performing finance team as a Senior Revenue Accountant in a hybrid role (2–3 days/week onsite in Burlington, MA). Reporting to the Director of Revenue Accounting, you’ll focus 75% on ASC 606 revenue close and 25% on SEC/technical support, collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Salary
: $90,000–$115,000 (DOE) + 12% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

- Lead and support monthly/quarterly revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, particularly ASC 606, across complex SaaS revenue streams.
- Review customer contracts and collaborate with sales, legal, and FP&A on revenue implications.
- Assist with SEC filings (10‑Q, 10‑K, etc.), including revenue disclosures and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls over revenue recognition and SOX compliance.
- Support external audits and coordinate with auditors on revenue-related matters.
- Contribute to accounting policy development and process improvements.
- Participate in system enhancements and automation initiatives for revenue reporting.
- Experience:
3–5 years in revenue accounting; public accounting and/or public company experience preferred. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. - Certifications:
CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred. - Technical
Skills:
Strong ASC 606 expertise;
Net Suite or similar ERP experience a plus. - Knowledge:
Solid US GAAP and SOX compliance;
SaaS or cybersecurity industry a plus. - Skills:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Mindset:

Local to the Boston area for hybrid work (2–3 days/week onsite).
