Kforce has a client that is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager. This position will be functioning as hybrid in the Burlington, MA area. Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to lead our global income tax accounting and reporting processes. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the global ASC 740 tax provision, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, and collaborate across departments to drive accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight. - Lead the global ASC 740 tax provision process, including planning, forecasting, calculation, and reporting
- Partner with internal teams and external auditors on tax reporting and disclosures
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global tax accounting processes
- Lead automation and technology initiatives
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Technical Accounting to align tax strategies with business goals
- Provide tax accounting insights on business transactions, M&A activity, and regulatory developments
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that impact global tax operations
- Public combo (preferably Big
4) - Must be coming out of a domestic based, large multinational company
- ASC 740 tax provision required
- One Source Tax Provision systems experience required
- CPA or MST preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
