Client Service Associate, Shared Support
At Edelman Financial Engines (EFE), the Client Service Associate partners with a Financial Planner to provide a high level of customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients, appointment preparation, and completing required paperwork.
- Supervise client account activity, researching and resolving issues.
- Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure documents are complete.
- Verify accounts are traded into the accurate model and aid operation teams as needed; supervise incoming rollovers, other investment funding, and transfers.
- Document key client achievements and other relevant data into systems to assist future interactions.
- Maintain risk awareness and compliance; identify problems in a timely manner while aligning with standard resolution policy, established corporate process, and regulatory procedures.
- Support firm initiatives, assist with company-wide projects and activities, and attend functions as needed.
- Participate in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts to ensure CSA voice is represented.
- Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
- Adaptable to changes in the work environment, handling challenging demands and frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- High level of confidentiality required.
The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $54,000 - $72,000. The role also offers an annual target cash bonus and the opportunity to earn additional cash bonuses for contributions to new client acquisition, strong client relationships, and team performance. Bonus details will be shared during the interview process and after hire.
