Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
Creative Financial Staffing is assisting a manufacturing company seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A functions. This Financial Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys data-driven decision‑making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop forecasts and budgets as a Financial Analyst
- Analyze financial performance and trends
- Build financial models and reporting dashboards
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
