Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education with counter operations, vendor relationships, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards account openings.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
