Clinic Manager LVN​/MA

Cuero Regional Hospital is searching for Clinic Manager LVN/MA FT at Cuero Medical Clinic.

• The Clinic Manager collaborates closely with the Clinic Director to manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency and high-quality patient care.
• The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and conducting quarterly audits of assigned staff tasks.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for resolving issues, the Clinic Manager ensures smooth communication and workflow. Responsibilities include processing payroll as needed and participating in required meetings.
• The Clinic Manager coordinates staff and provider schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational efficiency.
• To maintain compliance with Rural Health Clinic (RHC) standards and requirements, the Clinic Manager provides ongoing training and support to clinic staff.
• A working knowledge of both nursing duties and clinic representative responsibilities is essential to effectively support and oversee daily clinic functions.

Qualifications:

• Accredited LVN program/certification or High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of Medical Assistant Program required
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Clinical experience and great customer services skills preferred
