Mental Health, Behavior Technician/RBT
We are seeking a full-time BCBA to join our team! Our BCBAs have sustainable and attainable billable hour expectations and benefit from strong clinical support and collaboration. This role focuses on high-quality, assent-based clinical work, including assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and parent training. BCBAs are supported by a collaborative leadership team, access to clinical resources, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
- Licensed in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethical standards, and assent-based practices
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
