Cares for patients as delegated by the registered nurse and completes activities of daily living for assigned patients.;
Takes and records vital signs and reports unusual observations to the nurse or charge nurse.;
Collects specimens for analysis and measures intake and output.;
Performs basic clinical procedures independently or under direct supervision of a nurse.;
Provides for patient's nutritional needs, including assisting with ordering room service, setting up meal trays, and feeding the patient.
