Product Surveillance Analyst

Our client, is seeking a dedicated Product Surveillance Analyst to join their team. As a Product Surveillance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Product Surveillance Analyst

Location: 168 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, MA 01803 (Onsite)

Pay Range: $40 per hour

• Conduct quality‑related activities to ensure the delivery of high‑quality documents, services, products, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with worldwide regulatory expectations and requirements.
• Handle complaint investigations and medical writing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and complaint handling processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
