Abernathy Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable Companions and Homemakers to help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
No home care experience or certification is required. If you're caring, reliable, and enjoy helping others, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. This position is ideal for career changers, retirees, parents returning to the workforce, students, or anyone looking for flexible, rewarding work.
What You'll DoAs a Homemaker/Companion, you'll provide non-medical support by:
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and linen changes
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Friendly companionship and conversation
- Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
No bathing, lifting, or hands-on personal care is required.
