Role Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential hands-on support to seniors, fostering independence, safety, and dignity. Your key responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while following individualized care plans and documenting any changes. You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential to ensure quality care.

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Compassion, reliability, strong communication skills
