About Us

At Home Helpers Home Care of Burlington, MA, we provide flexible and compassionate in-home care. We are seeking adaptable and dependable caregivers to support our clients with short shifts or to fill in when other caregivers are unavailable.

We proudly serve Winchester, Somerville, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Stoneham, Woburn, Burlington, Andover, Lawrence, North Reading, Reading, Tewksbury, Wakefield, Wilmington, Lynnfield, and neighboring communities.

• Flexible scheduling: 4-hour shifts available
• Variety of client settings and care needs
• Friendly and respectful team environment
• Paid training and career development
• Mileage reimbursement will be provided when traveling between client locations using your personal vehicle

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Light housekeeping and meal prep
• Run errands or provide transportation as needed
• Adapt quickly to different client needs and schedules

• PCA, HHA, or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
• Availability for on-call, short notice, or rotating shifts
• Strong communication and adaptability
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass background check
