They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care settings, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with ADLs and support residents' independence
- Follow and document care plans accurately
- Promote safety, dignity, and engagement
- Support dining and activity programs
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- Create positive experiences for residents, especially in memory care
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
