Job Summary

A Recruiter is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity REMOTELY with Yoh, reporting to the Boston Branch Manager. The Recruiter develops practical recruiting techniques to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities. The Recruiter will learn the business, develop sourcing and recruiting skills, and grow within the role toward becoming a Grow with Yoh Subject Matter Expert (SME).

The position is a career path progression from a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist or can be a Yoh Certified Recruiter.

Responsibilities
  • Build a track record of competency in full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc.), meet ramp or productivity goals, and support client service objectives; fill various types of jobs across multiple industries.
  • Provide support through the interview process, including screening and extending offers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate documentation on contract employees in ATS/HRIS systems; manage contract employees on assignment.
  • Assess and resolve candidate and contractor-related problems.
  • Develop relationships with candidates to build and sustain a pipeline for future positions; utilize networks to meet client requests.
  • Utilize recruiting tools including social media, professional affiliations, job boards, and database searches.
  • Understand the client’s needs and adapt to competing priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in and understanding of the recruiting process
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience
  • Two to five years of experience
  • AIRS preferred

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with state pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $50,720 - $76,080. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including experience and geographic location. Programs and options may vary by date of hire, schedule type, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
