Campus Recruiter

Akkodis is seeking a University-Campus Recruiter for a Contract position with a client located in Burlington, MA (Onsite).

Rate Range: $40-$50/hr on W2 without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including familiarity with internship and co?op hiring programs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience, preferably hiring engineering students (ideally electrical engineering).
• Exposure to the technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries.
• Experience recruiting graduate level students (MBA, MS, PhD).
