The Associate HR Operations Specialist is part of the myHR team, a world-class, value-added, and customer-focused team that works in partnership with other functions to provide strategic, simple, and efficient solutions for our employees. The position is responsible for supporting the shared service model and the Company’s HR initiatives by implementing and administering identified HR core operational processes. As an Associate HR Operations Specialist, you will provide customer service to all levels of employees regarding company's human resources programs and policies.
In addition, you will identify and implement process improvements to drive compliance and accuracy as well as enhance the employee experience.
Customer Service:
- Act as a first and second line of HR support for KDP’s US and Canada workforce and independently resolve a wide variety of employee and manager issues – actively triaging, resolving, and/or escalating each item where needed.
- Remain online and/or on calls, and available to answer employee inquiries using judgement and discretion to resolve complex and confidential requests related to:
- Payroll discrepancies, benefits deduction issues, EAP emergencies etc.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development) and support delivering quality services and effective communication of HR services and programs to employee base.
- Support mass employee communications for special projects in collaboration with HRBPs.
- Provide support to employees, managers, and HR Business partners on basic transactions in the HR System.
- Under general supervision, make systems corrections and support audits for Annual Cycles such as Performance Management, Engagement, Talent Assessments etc.
- Maintain data integrity and respond to third party inquiries with appropriate information related to unemployment claims, DOT inquiries, and garnishments.
- Lead and/or participate in small to medium process improvement initiatives that require a basic working knowledge of project management.
- Design Standard Operating Procedures that outline step by step solutions for common requests in HR Service Categories.
- Liaison with HR Business Partners and specialists to interpret and respond to inquiries on HR policies and procedures during the full employee lifecycle. Adhere to documented procedures in executing strategy and ensures compliance to applicable regulations.

Total Rewards:- Salary Range: $49,400 - $65,000
