• Minimum of 1 yr. recruiting experience is ideal.
• Exceptional communication skills and a self‑starter with a strong sense of urgency.
• Competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• "Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests.
• Proficient with MS Office and web‑based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Goal‑oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit with a metrics‑driven mindset.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
