We’re looking for a Senior Website Manager to lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of  This role drives site performance, optimization, governance, and security while aligning digital experience with business goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support lead generation and conversion, and work with internal teams to gather technical and communication requirements. Leveraging your expertise in Word Press CMS and Pantheon, you’ll manage site infrastructure, build templates and pages, publish content, and optimize performance.

The Senior Website Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance lead generation, conversion, and the overall customer journey.

• Website Strategy & Management:
  Own and execute the web strategy to enhance user engagement, SEO, and conversion rates.
• Technical Website Oversight:
  Manage and optimize the Word Press CMS, ensuring best practices in performance, security.
• Data & Analytics:
  Leverage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to monitor website traffic, behavior, and conversions.
• UTM Strategy & Campaign Tracking:
  Develop and implement a comprehensive UTM tracking strategy for all marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting.
• SEO & Content Strategy:
  Oversee technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content performance to improve organic rankings.
• Web Development Coordination:
  Work with developers to enhance site performance, resolve bugs, and implement new features.
• Technical SEO audits, A/B Testing & CRO:
  Lead website optimization initiatives, leveraging A/B testing and heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar) to improve user experience.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Collaborate with design, marketing, IT, and sales teams to align web initiatives with business objectives.
• Marketing Automation Integration:
  Ensure seamless integration between the website and Marketo forms, lead capture mechanisms, and CRM (Salesforce).

• 8+ years of experience in web management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expert in Word Press (Blocks or Gutenberg), including plugins, themes, and customizations.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and UTM best practices.
• Proficient in SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP & MySQL, Pantheon, Yoast, Marketo, One Trust.
• Implement, configure, and maintain website tracking and analytics tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Familiarity with website security best practices, ADA/WCAG compliance, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and in-house web development teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience presenting website performance reports to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with internal groups to ascertain communication and technical requirements to meet client commitments. Use your detailed understanding of Word Press CMS and web infrastructure (Pantheon) to administer the site’s infrastructure, build templates and pages, post content, and optimize site performance.
