IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, Systems Engineer
Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring the engineering team adheres to best‑practice Dev Ops and sprint execution.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Ensure adherence to Azure best practices, security standards, and architecture guidelines across all cloud initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to remove impediments and drive high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Microsoft Azure and Agile delivery environments.
- Proven ability to lead cloud architecture initiatives and drive technical decision‑making for enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum processes and ensuring high‑quality delivery across cross‑functional teams.

Pay Details$53.00 to $56.00 per hour
